Here is a cool face that I sculpted yesterday, which reminds me of Don Quixote... In a way, it has a Daniel Maltzman feel (loose and relaxed, as opposed to the exacting rigidness seen in so many of my drawings):

When I reflect on what has been the most difficult 'object' that I have drawn so far, it would have to be the sand in the beach drawing (below, from 2009) that I drew of a girl at the Seal Beach Pier, in CA.

The sand in this beach drawing was a bear to draw.

Also, I like how the train station sketch (from 2005) below turned out.  It is interesting to me how some drawings 'flow,' almost appearing effortlessly on the paper; while others never really gel.  I think I was "in the zone" with this railway station sketch.
